Refunds
Doodle Nest cannot offer refunds as our products are made to order, but if there is a problem with your order, such as arriving damaged, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement. You may be requested to return the product to us so our production team can identify the problem. Reprinting takes 5-10 working days plus 1-2 days delivery time so you should receive your replacement item within 1-3 weeks.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@doodlenest.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
As our items are bespoke, the EU cooling off period does not apply.
